This elevator product was sent with absolutly no information in english to assemble it, 240v & 24v circuit drawings not supplied, no component informaion including hydraulics, electrical relay information. Including it's fold out lift cabin doors that have no means to lock shut internally, within the cab. It was fabricated incomplete also having to carry out welding work on it. I have asked and emailed and sent lengthy letters to Geoffrey Liu, sales 9 & 11 of Asai Fuji Elevators (Linyi) Co., Ltd, that to date have been either ignored or some excuse not to fix the problems. I would definately not use this company or sales rep for any reason unless they respond and fix it. Unfortunately I am unable to fully show three letters of indervidual problem groups here, to Sales 9&11 trying resolve these major problems. I am desperate to have the elevator either completed with manuals, or for Asia Fuji to refund the payment made to them, on non-compliance under the terms of thier contract.
